Re: Just got my new C3 Aircross.. few quiries..

I suspect the camera on the windscreen may have a different function on the Aircross. It may be used for the Lane Departure System which was fitted to a loan car I had last week.

Re: CarPlay disconnecting

I had issues with Android Auto. In my case it was because I had a cheap cable. It was suggested I use a Samsung original cable. I found one and it was fine from then on. Perhaps you can find an original Apple lead.

It's under warranty (or should be), so I'd suggest you take it in.

Re: C3 Aircross Cruise control....and other things

The C3 cruise control in a manual car is OR should be disengaged by the following actions: 2. Pressing the clutch down. This is caused by the clutch pedal switch which signals the BSI to disengage the cruise control and if cut off put the fuel back on. On our C3 this is not true. You can change gea...

Re: Spanner lit and oil light flashing

If you start your car on a slope you get the oil light come up. If it's a small slope you get a "Check oil" warning that disappears, if it's a steeper slope it comes on with the spanner and stays on till you turn the engine off again. If that's the situation and you see that your oil is actually ok...

Re: Spanner lit and oil light flashing

Hi, Last week an oil warning came up on the touch screen once, then not again. Then last night the orange service spanner came up and the oil light flashing red. This morning I bought oil, then when I got home the warning light had gone. Checked oil, which was within normal range, put in a bit and ...

Re: Service Spanner and Stop/start

The Stop/Start will be disabled if the exterior temperature is too low. I was travelling one day last week at 7am and the outside temperature was -3*C, and S/S was diabled. There was a momentary text display on the driver information display that it had been disabled due to the temperature being to...

Hi everybody. Just found out today that the C5 Aircross does not have a warning for low washer fluid level. Please bear this in mind as driving in Winter can use the fluid up.
As far as I am aware, no Citroens have this.

Service Spanner and Stop/start

This post refers to a C3, but as the C3 Aircross has so much in common I'm posting here in case anyone else has a similar issue. We bought our C3 110bhp petrol new last year. It was registered in early March, but had been available for delivery several weeks later. A few weeks ago the service indica...
