I find the Citroen satnav pretty good myself (particularly with TomTom traffic), at my age I can't be bothered connecting a mobile every trip ;)
Me too! :)

Re: Radio

Well I changed from a lifetime of Ford's for a higher seating car (without it being to large), with the limited use of the car so far we are quite pleased. But and this is a big but, whenever i have changed a car i have moved forward with regards to say better handling or in car comforts, but this ...

Re: Radio

If it works the same as my C5, you need to press the on/off button for the radio after turning off the ignition. Mine stays on for well over 30 minutes if the battery is charged up. We're not doing many miles currently obviously, so using the car uses battery - and the system is designed to ensure t...

Re: dashboard lighting

Excellent responses! Why can’t people read their handbooks or online manuals? To be fair, in my PDF manual, pages 21 and 22 don't actually explain that there is two separate settings for dash brighness - one when headlights are on and one when not. It took me ages to find out by experimentation, an...

Re: dashboard lighting

The answer is possibly in the 279 pages of the manual but I can't find it. Is there any way to reduce the brightness of the dashboard at night on my C5 Aircross please? When you want to set the driver display (dashboard) brightness, turn the ignition on, go to the 'Settings and Tools' menu by click...

Re: Problem updating maps on AirCross C5

The only real change I have noticed after updating both system and maps is that the tone for speed camera warning has changed from an aircraft-type seatbelt 'boing' noise to a double chime, not so loud.

Re: My Citroen app help

Well, I did a short journey and two long ones yesterday, and only the return long journey and the short one was recorded by the App. Since the last 3 App updates, the 'dropped journeys' rate is around 60%, which is totally unacceptable. I have tried restarting the App, clearing the cache, restarting...

Re: Adding Android Auto to media system

My previous C4 Cactus had navigation and bluetooth, and I connected my Samsung phone to the car with just that. If I selected bluetooth in the source menu, my phone would play whatever playlist was active on my phone at the time. I could also use the steering wheel controls as I recall. In my C5 Air...

Re: OBD Port

Can we pop out the OBD2 port.. is it super secure to the frame or we can take it out and put it back without damage? Not so keen to cut a hole in the cover... :O I haven't had time to look - too busy with work... I might take a look at the weekend; the best option would be to drop it down from the ...

New version released today 1.27.0
Cheers for that. I installed it; but I still had to restart bluetooth for it to 'talk' to the car, even though the phone was connected and working for both contacts, voice and music!
