So it seems it's the battery in the back. Mine had 2 issues related to it. One of them is the picture attached and the second was full EV mode would not be enabled. Dealership is changing mine and it's not cheap sadly. To change the rear battery you need to power down the HV system.....as I don't kn...

Hi Guys,
In regards to updating your firmware and map try and see if you have a USB stick which is 3.0 (plug has blue plastic like picture attached)
My brother had a USB 3.1 and it always failed. I let him borrow my USB 3.0 stick and he managed to update his car.
