Re: My C5 aircross .

Can you advise what the cosmetic changes are and where you went for them?

Looks like the silver around the rear windows is now black and are those running / foot boards along the cills?

Re: Upgrading from C3 Aircross to C5 Aircross Questions

Thanks. I went back for a second test drive of the C5 Aircross and spotted a few things like a feint key mark down the side, a scuff on the plastic trim and I couldnt get the lane departure warning to work so theyre looking at all of those for me, then we discussed what I expressed as the undervalui...

Upgrading from C3 Aircross to C5 Aircross Questions

Not been here for a long time but re-found the forums after searching for answers. So in late 2018 I purchased on PCP a new C3 Aircross 1.2 Puretech 110 Flair in grey with an orange roof. Brilliant car and we have extras like: panoramic sunroof orange roof Head Up Display <-- Im really going to miss...

Re: C3 Aircross Towbar

Well they seem like a bunch of twits. Have you spoken to the dealer / sales chap you dealt with on the purchase? Perhaps they have a more positive view or could speak to the PCP company on your behalf. Have to admit I wouldn't even think of asking if it was me so its a bit of a wake up call but I wo...

Re: C3 Aircross Towbar

I wouldn't have thought that fitting a tow bar would be a problem. I would think that they refer to modifications that are to the detriment of the vehicle, like non standard add on trims or gluing tiger print velour to the dashboard. If you fit a tow bar the dealer can still sell the car and also as...

Re: Total loss of sound

Well perhaps not quite as extreme as your situation, but I have had a couple of run ins with my dealer who is stubbornly determined they are right and believing me the customer (me) is a clueless twit. Theyre only interested in the sale and getting you on a paid service plan and don't want ot speak ...

Re: Automatic Braking System Fault

Just took a call from the dealer. They raised the query with Citroen head office and apparently there is a patch which will take around an hour for them to install, I just need to book it in.

All I can suggest is that some dealers need a bit more persuading to get things sorted out than others.
