Re: Android Auto

Ahhh, the curse of the pound shop cable. Yes, good if you need one quick but not if you want it to last more than a few weeks.

Re: Dashcam

Has anyone tried scraping the dots off the glass so you can mount one in that gap that is 'hashed' out?

Re: Android Auto

Many of the cables you either buy or are sent with things are 'charging cables' and not 'data cables'. They save money by only having the two wires inside for the power and not the other wires for the data. This is why you can plug stuff in and it charges but doesn't do anything else.

After fitting I always put tape along the full length open slot on the bottom of the bars otherwise they whistle.

Re: Stop & Start

It works on the voltage of the battery. If the battery is old or there is too much current drain on the battery, it won't work. For example, if you have the headlights on while you are sitting at the lights, that may bring the voltage down enough that the S&S won't work. More so if you have the air ...

Re: My Citroen app not recording journeys

You have to have the app running in the background for it to record journeys. If your phone is set to automatically close apps in the background, it will catch up next time. That's for Android, don't know anything about iphones.
