Re: Statistics MPG very low C5 across hybrid
Just to add to the confusion I did another longish run today with a fairly heavy load and the air con blasting away. I did 199.8 miles and used 17.88 litres which equates to about 50 mpg. The statistics display said 8.3. So, compared to my previous post we can at least conclude that the statistics r...

Re: Statistics MPG very low C5 across hybrid
Erm, Maths isn't my strong point but if 1km =5/8 of a mile then isn't 39.6km 22.9 miles?

Re: Statistics MPG very low C5 across hybrid
I just completed a 194 mile journey in hybrid mode. The actual fuel consumption (full tank to full tank) was 14.53 litres which comes out as about 60 mpg. The statistics display reads 8.8 mpg! Who knows what that's meant to be!! I have visions of a very harassed software programmer somewhere in an o...

Re: Statistics MPG very low C5 across hybrid
I noticed the typo on the statistics display on my C5 Aircross hybrid a while ago. From memory after carrying out a 'manual' check over a 200 mile motorway run it was clear that while the car was doing better than 55mpg it was displaying about 10mpg this is, of course, 10 miles per litre. This could...

Re: C5 Aircross Updates
I keep hoping one of these updates will add the option to change the screen colours which is missing on my version and to correct the eco statistics screen which displays the fuel consumption in miles per litre even though it says mpg.

Re: C5 Aircross Updates
That's fair enough, not happy about by-passing my virus protection though, still if that what it takes.

Re: C5 Aircross Updates
Thanks for that, I'll try it. One thought, would it not be simpler if the dealers could supply the update on a usb pen ready to install or even add the software to a usb pen provided by the customer?

Re: C5 Aircross Updates
followed Juan's advice, uninstalled and reinstalled the update app, still won't download the touchscreen update, guess this is another Stellantis SNAFU. Why can't the dealers supply the update onto a USB pen?
